Ever-Supreme presented its results on CAR001 (allogeneic CAR.BiTE γδ T-cell therapy) and EXO-001 (in vivo CAR-T therapy). Regarding the progress of CAR001: it has received approval from the US FDA and Taiwan TFDA for Phase I/IIa clinical trials and has now entered Phase IIa trials. Its key feature is that it does not require leukocyte separation, lymphocyte clearance, or HLA matching. A representative case of recurrent glioblastoma was presented, showing complete remission (CR) data on day 319 based on imaging assessment. EXO-001 also presented its innovative mechanism, research papers, and extensive animal models.
